We had one of our Unbuckle Me Tools break and I sent an email to customer service about it. They sent me a replacement within a week and were great to work with. My 5-year-olds are able to unbuckle themselves with this tool and they have worked great!

This device is so helpful for my kids. For some reason, for one kid it sometimes only unbuckles one side of the buckle and we have to push harder to get the second side loose. The kids love being able to do it themselves.
